Shipping policy

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.
If an item is on backorder, we will only notify you if the estimated delay is significant. Otherwise, your order will ship as soon as the product is restocked.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and your location.
Special Flat Rate Exception: A few select products may list a flat shipping rate for the US and Canada in the product description. This rate applies only when you purchase one (1) of that specific item. If you order multiple items (including multiples of the flat-rate product), shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight.
We offer various shipping options (e.g., Standard, Expedited) with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or our carriers.

Fisch Moto is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and also notify us immediately so we can assist.
